Integration practices are designed to enhance, expand and enliven your meditation through a set that includes breath-work, kriya (movement), meditation and deep rest. Each session will be different with take-home practices to enjoy and deepen your daily practice.

Integration practices are designed to work alongside your meditation practices, adding an extra support to help clear and move stress and fatigue. It helps shift the mind and body into a parasympathetic nervous state before we even start our meditation. It’s kinda like adding fuel and fire to your meditation practice, it facilitates a super charged expansion of your meditation experiences and strengthening the experience of transcendence and bliss.

You don’t need to have any yoga experience or flexibility - it’s very easy, gentle and we can always modify. I’ll be sharing these practices in the form of 2-hour sessions with chai, treats and an open discussion to finish our practice. Please bring a yoga mat or contact me if you need to borrow one.

This practice is for anyone who is a twice daily meditator with an effortless transcending technique and is ready to advance and deepen their practice and actively move stagnant energy. An online option will be available for those who live interstate, please message me if you would like to join!
